What we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and send what you asked for, and we never sell it. That's it.
What we collect
Contact form: your name (optional), email address, topic and message.
Partner With Us form: your company name, contact name, email address, website, and the details you share about your offer.
GLOW guide and checklist signups: your email address, your first name (optional), which guide you asked for, the page you signed up on, and your agreement to receive it.
We don't ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers or payment details, and we ask that you never send them to us.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, review partnership requests, send the guide or checklist you requested and, if you signed up, occasional emails with ways to lower your bills. We also use it to keep our forms safe from spam and abuse.
Where it's stored
Our site is built and hosted with Lovable, and form submissions are stored in Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase (a PostgreSQL database service). Access is locked down so that only the ForLowerBills team can read submissions. These providers process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
Email alerts
When you send a form, we get an email alert with a copy of what you submitted so we can respond quickly. These alerts are sent through Lovable's email service to our private inbox.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. Our hosting and security providers may set small, strictly necessary cookies (for example, to block bots), and they may keep basic visit logs such as page views and approximate location. If you click an affiliate link, the company you visit may set its own cookies to credit us for the referral; their privacy policy applies on their site.
Affiliate links
Some links on our site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. In line with the FTC's Endorsement Guides, we label these links and explain them on our How We Make Money page. Commissions never change what we recommend.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests promptly, within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. You can also ask us to stop at any time through our Contact page.
We never sell your data
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, or if the law requires it.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Just reach out through our Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Big changes will be easy to spot.
